Booking a hotel through me isn't the same as booking it yourself — even if you already know exactly where you want to stay. Through my partnerships with over 4,500 luxury properties worldwide, I can add perks that aren't available to the regular public: room upgrades, early check-in, hotel credit, welcome amenities, and direct contact with the property before you arrive. You pay the same rate. You just get more.
If you're not sure where to stay, I'll find the right fit for you. Not the most popular option, or the one with the best commission — the one that actually suits how you travel.
Once I've made my recommendations, I'll send you a personalised quote link with your shortlisted hotels, all perks included. You review the options and book directly — no back and forth, no waiting on someone else to confirm. Just click, book, and start looking forward to it.No fee if you’ve already narrowed down your choice and your chosen hotel is part of our Preferred Partners network. If you need me to search for a few options, there will be a one-time research fee of €50.

Itinerary Planning
This is the full service. After a call to understand your travel style, your non-negotiables, and the kind of experience you're looking for, I build your trip from the ground up — flights, hotels, transfers, activities, restaurant reservations, and anything else that needs organising. Every element is chosen deliberately. Nothing is filler.
Once your itinerary is finalised, you'll get access to a personal travel app with everything in one place — your day-by-day schedule, hotel details, booking confirmations, and live flight updates, all available online from any device. No digging through email chains in a foreign airport.
I stay available throughout your trip in case anything needs adjusting on the ground.
Starting at €50 per day of travel. A contract and full payment of travel planning fee are required before planning begins.

Platinum Plan
For those who travel several times a year and would rather not think about the logistics each time. With the Platinum Plan, you have ongoing access to my planning services for a set number of trips across the year — one point of contact, one consistent level of service, no per-trip fees.
It's the option that makes sense if travel is a regular part of your life, not an annual event.

A few things worth knowing
Travel planning fees don't include VAT, which will be added at the time of invoicing. There's also a late booking fee of €200 for trips planned within 60 days of departure — this reflects the additional work involved in securing availability at short notice. The Platinum Plan is exempt from this fee.
All itinerary planning fees are paid in full before work begins and are non-refundable.
If you find a lower rate for a hotel I've recommended, let me know. In most cases I can match it — and still add the perks on top.
