Our Fees

Hotels that are part of our Preferred Partners Program can be booked free of charge through us. These hotels usually include a slew of perks that we can add to your stay.

Starting at €350 per week of travel, we do all the heavy lifting for you.

Starting at €1000 per year for tailored, door-to-door travel planning. Please inquire about tiers.

Last minute booking fee (up to and including 60 days before a trip): €200. This fee does not apply to the Platinum Plan.
*All fees are exempt from VAT as per the Dutch Small Business Scheme (KOR). This may change at any time.
*Every client is required to sign a contract when using our Travel Design and Platinum Plan Services.
*Itinerary planning fee to be paid in full before rendering of services.
*Itinerary planning fee is non-refundable.
